At the very beginning of music lessons, we recommend that children practice at least their age in minutes (seven year-old practices for seven minutes). As students progress, they will find that practice time varies based on the pieces they are working on. A typical amount of practice time would be 15-35 minutes a day. Our drum teacher, piano teacher, guitar teacher or ukulele teacher will make practice between music lessons fun, so don't worry about having to "force them." It is possible, that you and your child will be excited to enjoy some practice time together as she or he shares the joy they are finding in making music!

Our music teachers want your child to grow as a musician and to enjoy every step, so we will include everything they need to succeed! You will notice the difference in no time!

We do not offer recitals or public performances at this time, but we do offer recording opportunities to get high quality videos of students’ performing the songs they love in a low-stress, familiar environment. Our piano teacher, or other music teachers can tell you more about these recording options. They are a great way to celebrate your progress as a musician with your friends and family through social media.
